Wash your hands to prevent any bacteria from entering your lip scrub 2. Take a pea-sized amount onto your finger (or better use a small spoon) and gently rub your dry lips in circular motions for 30 seconds. If you feel that your lips are very sensitive, you can wet your lips a tiny bit before using the scrub. 3. Let the scrub sit on your lips for a minute 4.
